Guys, i hope to have a good squad for every league match. This league is a collective effort. No point join a league when people decided to skip it when agree to join the league. Its just irresponsible.. seriously guys, think for the team when u decide to say "Sorry i am working".

If Siah Mong last week can postpone his meet the parents session, i dun see why not.

If Soon Ming can dun work on sat just to come for matches, i dun see why not.

If Yuet Yong Jian Zheng Zheng Yi Alex Jun Kai Soon Ming Yong Han Marvin (and the 2 names mention above) comes every week, I dun see why the rest of you guys cant. Unless is National Service.

I cant fault ming xue wei hwang benjamin desmond for missing games, they are in national service ! i really appreicaite whenever i see wei hwang benjamin and ming xue appear. really appreciate. This shows how much they care for the team !

Personally i feel that is HOW u manage your time. Unless you tell me you need to support your family, then i am fine (ask Mac, Amin).

I'm Trying to be fexible already. But at the end of the day, this team is not jieyuan team. Is you guys made up for it. Think about it. 3 years, we had come so far. Think of how we start this team, what the purpose of forming this team, why u all want to join this team.

We decide to play in a league, to improve ourself. Lets do this proper. The way we are continuing, we should just play friendly matches and not playing in a league. I does not want to lose just because of People absent. Every player is important. Whether u are good player or bad player. Every player is important.

We have a good start in the league, i dun want to lose just because people absent ! Lets built on the good start ! We are getting better and better. lets not spoil the good work we had done in the 1st 8 months of 2008. lets end it STRONGLY !
